Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To request a return, please contact us first via email at support@zoyovia.com.
As we work with third-party suppliers, we do not have a fixed return warehouse, and all returns must be approved and confirmed with us first before any item is sent back.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Digital products, downloadable items, intimate or customized goods cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the returned item is received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

- Downloadable software or content
- Intimate, personal care, or customized products
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please contact us first before sending anything back.
Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
- Due to our third-party fulfillment model, returns must be arranged by contacting us first.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
